It is used in the implementation of tasks in the field of economic planning, spatial planning, tax and benefits assessment, property marking in land and mortgage registers, public statistics and real estate management.
The land and building register includes information on:
land – their location, boundaries, areas, types of land use and their valuation classes, designation of land and mortgage registers or collections of documents, if they were established for the property which includes land;
buildings – their location, purpose, utility functions and general technical data;
premises – their location, utility functions and usable area.
